For many years I worked in the hospitality and tourism industry, which meant I was involved with communicating and helping non-English speakers. This has given me a greater understanding and patience when teaching.
Now I tutor full time.
Interests: To help relax my thoughts and body in the evening, I practice Yin Yoga. This is a restorative yoga that works on deep stretching, breathing, and emptying the mind of all the chaos. I do this as part of my bedtime routine and it helps me to sleep well. I have also recently taken up crocheting. So, what is crochet? Typically crochet is a needlework technique performed using a crochet hook plus fibre, usually, this material is yarn (wool, cotton, etc) or crochet thread, and I've made a few different garments so far.
Also, I like to go hiking/walking and I'm lucky enough to have the Mediterranean Sea on my doorstep, so swimming and snorkelling are my summertime joys.
I love food and all things associated with it and I am excited when I get to learn and enjoy new cuisines. My biggest passion though is travel, I adore talking about it and experiencing it. I want to hear about where people are from and where they have travelled to or are planning to visit in the future. I am amazed by our beautiful world and all that is within it. Hearing about your world is for me both inspiring and fascinating š.
