Intérêts: I have volunteered for an exchange program for over 10 years, and in that time have helped many wonderful students and volunteers improve their English. Some of them came to Australia with very good English skills, and some did not know much English at all; I enjoyed talking with them all. I have had many exchange students live with me too, so I am very passionate about helping people from different countries and cultures better understand each other. Thanks to these experiences, I now have very special friends and family in Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America too.
I have studied psychology at university, and am very passionate about research in this area. I have also tutored undergraduate psychology classes; I really love seeing the improvement in my students as they get excited about their learning too.
I love reading; I used to work in a children's bookshop, and I enjoy both fiction (e.g. Harry Potter) and non-fiction (I have read some amazing memoirs this year!).
I also enjoy watching K-dramas too, which has inspired me to try learning some Korean (so trust me, I know how hard it can be to learn a new language)!
